Health support that goes beyond another diet plan.

Nutrition counseling for adults navigating weight concerns and metabolic risk — especially after years of dieting or advice that hasn’t worked.

Who I Help

Jogging Partners

I help adults improve their health through an evidence-based, pleasure-centered approach to eating - because food should support your physical and psychological health.

Common reasons people work with me include:

  • Wanting to improve weight or metabolic health without rigid dieting

  • Feeling stuck after years of dieting or conflicting nutrition advice

  • Prediabetes, fatty liver, or other cardiometabolic risk factors

  • Elevated cholesterol or blood pressure

  • Wanting practical nutrition strategies that fit work, family life, and real schedules

My pleasure-based approach focuses on working with your physiology, and I focus on individual problem-solving, not rigid diet plans.

I'm Fiona Young, MS, RD, CSOWM

After years of trying traditional approaches to improve my health without lasting success, I learned firsthand how frustrating and discouraging that process can be.

That experience shaped the way I work today. I focus on helping people improve their health in a way that feels practical, supportive, and sustainable — without rigid rules or short-term fixes. My goal is to help you feel confident in your choices and in your body, enjoy food, and build habits that support long-term health and energy.

With my training as a Registered Dietitian with a master’s degree in Nutritional Science, board certification in Obesity and Weight Management, and advanced training in metabolic health through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, you can feel confident that the guidance you receive is both personalized and grounded in science.

Best of all, I accept most insurance plans, so visits are often low or no cost to you.
